Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles is a non-profit organization promoting the exchange of business, trade, investment, technology, and culture between Sweden and the Greater Los Angeles area. In doing this, we aim to provide a broad spectrum of benefits and services to our Members. The Chamber also seeks to offer a common platform for Swedes living in Greater Los Angeles and Swedish-interested parties in order to build a valuable network that can be employed both professionally and personally.
Crayfish Party
This August 30th, SACC-GLA celebrated Sweden’s traditional Crayfish Party in Kim Olsson’s (our Vice President) back yard in beautiful Santa Monica. FoodPerfected, our house caterer, delivered a delicious and traditionally inspired dinner that was very much appreciated by us all. During the evening we participated in a raffle of Swedish candies, Dala horses and SACC- GLA related items. The candies however, were the most sought after prizes and of course by the end of the evening, were fought over by the kids and adults alike! We at SACC-GLA would like to thank each one of our guests for helping us with another successful and memorable night. (For more pictures please check our past events gallery).
